Refunds and Returns Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality control.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped or delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The order is incomplete

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery

Optional shipping insurance is strongly recommended at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.
We encourage customers to contact our support team so we can resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
