🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Peptide Dept is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, customs or regulatory inspections, or address errors provided by the customer.
Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to reshipping fees.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product for resolution.
The Peptide Dept is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure delivery locations.

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products in accordance with safe laboratory practices. Refer to product documentation and Certificates of Analysis (COA) where applicable.

We currently ship only to approved destinations. Certain locations may be restricted due to regulatory requirements. Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled and refunded.
